General conditions
Tender：Tender means the contractor’s price offer to the Employer for execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of the any detects therein accordance with the provision of Contract, as accepted by the Letter of acceptance.
Letter of Acceptance: “Letter of Acceptance” means the formal acceptance by the Employer of the tender.
Contract Agreement: “Contract Agreement” means the contract agreement.
Appendix to Tender: “Appendix to tender” means the appendix in the form of tender annexed to these conditions.
