2010年12月4日PMP考试反馈分析：本次分析是汇聚了北京几所著名培训机构的近50名考生的反馈意见汇总而成，目的是为了帮助更多的人以更快的速度顺利通过2011年3月26日的PMP考试。
总体而言，2010年12月4日PMP考试较以往做出重大调整。就出题的形式而言，以往的考试都会保留之前考试（即历史数据或者试题库）的30％以上，也就是说，200道考题中会有超过60道以上的考题都是之前考过的，甚至是上次考过的。例如2010年10月24日的考试中，很多试题都是8月和6月的试题。但是2010年12月4日的考试则不同，采用试题库的题目数量不超过10道，也就是说其中190道题目都是PMI全新创造而成的。对于众多考生而言，大多数都是参加了培训班，或者做了一些模拟题，而后上战场的，因此，12月4日的考试一下子显得难度增加了不少。
再说这次的题目，直接考察输入输出工具（ITO）的有30道，直接考察变更流程（提交申请－评估影响－通知客户－提交CCB）的也有30道左右，考察挣值管理的计算题在20题左右。总体而言，这次的题目大量集中在成本管理，质量管理和风险管理上，希望同学对这三个领域多加注意。
最后说一下计算题。这次的计算只有挣值和PERT。而合同和沟通渠道一道也没有考。也许，这是PMI的一个趋势，但是对于合同和渠道我们不能掉以轻心，因此之前两者的分数在10分左右。
